We have just published a new article on Early View of Symbolic Interaction. The article entitled “Broken Interaction Rituals, Struggles for Membership, and Violence among Children in Two Danish Schools” by Sidsel Vice Jensen and Kathrine Vitus uses Goffman’s and Collins’s concepts of ‘interaction rituals’ and ‘violence’ to explore children’s conflictual interactions in school.
